My stay at Mt. Zion Hotel Annex was a mixed bag. The staff was incredibly friendly and the cleanliness was great; however, I faced quite a few issues, including connectivity problems and difficulties locating the hotel. While breakfast was a highlight with a great variety, the overall service could definitely use improvement.
